If anyone asks me, what is your biggest green flag? I would answer it by saying that "LISTENING". Listening is a skill which is not appreciated very much. People don't know how important and difficut it is to be a listener. A listener who listens to other's problems, worries and opinions. Listening is tough, but at the same time the most easy thing to do. It is difficult to be a listener, because as human beings we are build to contradict in every situation. We are trained in such a way that we think that we have to give our opinion in every little discussion. But that's not true. Sometimes we should just close our mouth and open our ears. No one will even notice you if we don't say something in a discussion. We take that as a pressure, but that's not true at all. Sometimes when a friend of us is telling us their problem, we tend to think that the other person needs our advice, NO. Your advice is not that important to their problem. They just need someon...
